Visit to Stolzenfels Castle

Europe is very fascinating for their architecture and history.

If you are making plans to visit Europe and love old architecture as much as I do, you have to see  Stolzenfels Castle in Koblenz, Germany.

This 13th century castle was destroyed by the french in 1689 and later rebuild as a 19th century palace Gothic Revival Style. It is absolutely breathtaking structure surrounded with beautiful gardens and parks.

Once inside, you cannot take photos, but the beautiful craftsmanship and detailed woodwork will definitely be something

to remember.

Paved path leading from parking lot takes about 10-15 minutes to arrive at the entrance.

Their hours of operations are from 9am-5pm.

If you do not speak German, you can still enjoy and obtain detailed brochure in English.
